Toshiba Demos Android Tablet, More Tegra 2 at CES

Last night at Digital Experience, Toshiba gave us a closer look at the company's upcoming Android-powered tablet. It looks pretty sweet, with it's 10.1-inch widescreen display. We especially liked that this tablet has a built-in SD card reader as well as a mini USB connection and full-size HDMI and full-size USB ports. Under the hood, you'll find a dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 with integrated NVIDIA graphics.

Like a few other tablets we've seen at CES this year, Toshiba's tablet is waiting for an official release of Android 3.0 Honeycomb before releasing the tablet. That said, the tablet should be shipping "in the first half of 2011." Check it out in the video below:
