NVIDIA is kicking off their CES 2013 onslaught a little early this evening with major announcements promised at an exclusive press event at the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas at 8PM PST. Buzz with folks in the know says that NVIDIA could officially
take the wraps off Tegra 4, their next generation low power integrated System-On-a-Chip, based on integrated ARM cores and
NVIDIA graphics engines and target for tablets and smartphones. This wouldn't be the first time the company has unveiled new
Tegra technology at
CES, so speculation is running at a fevered pitch. It has been said that the venue will be packed with a standing room only crowd, including the likes of at least one HotHardware editor on the scene.
However, to be sure NVIDIA CEO, Jen-Hsun Huang and his band of pixel crushing ninjas, will certainly be covering all the bases, with details on their latest developments and technologies in the desktop, mobile, workstation and
HPC spaces.
NVIDIA will be broadcasting a live stream from the event, which you can catch
right here on this page and we may even attempt to live blog a few tidbits if it's logistically possible. So WATCH this space!
