Corsair Dares You To Overclock With Vengeance DDR3 RAM Modules

We just can't help it: Bruce Willis comes to mind when we think of Corsair's latest memory. But we're sure the same is true for any Die Hard fan. Why? The company's newest memory is called Vengeance, and it's no laughing matter. The new module is optimized for overclocking, compatibility, and affordability, with these new DDR3 sticks marketed towards "enthusiasts and system builders."


They're designed to work with both Intel and AMD platforms, and they have a 1.5V supply voltage. They're available in single, dual, or triple module kits, with sizes ranging from 4GB all the way up to 16GB, and all Vengeance modules are equipped with aluminum heat spreaders for thermal performance as well as aggressive appearance.

The goal here is to provide customers with RAM that can be overclocked, but at a reasonable price. Speaking of price, the 4GB (1x4GB) module will be $74.99 with prices ranging up to $305.99 for a 4x4GB package.

Corsair Launches Vengeance High-Performance DDR3 Memory

Vengeance memory modules use carefully selected RAMs to enable excellent overclocking results on current and future generation Intel® and AMD platforms. All initial Vengeance memory modules have a low 1.5V supply voltage for maximum compatibility and for energy-efficient operation. Vengeance DDR3 memory kits are available in single, dual, or triple module kits, with sizes ranging from 4GB all the way up to 16GB. All Vengeance modules are equipped with aluminum heat spreaders for thermal performance as well as aggressive appearance.
