Steam Halloween Sale Goes Live, Save Big On More Than Just Spooky Games

Is there anything not to like about Halloween? The correct answer is an emphatic, "No!" Think about it for a second --after spending an evening stocking up on free candy and watching horror movies while munching on roasted pumpkin seeds, you can then head over to Steam and stock up on discounted games as part of the service's annual Halloween sale. Ah, life doesn't get any better.

No need to wait until tonight if you don't want to, Steam's Halloween sale is taking place right now, and there are some big savings to be had. For example, you can pick up Contraption Maker for $1.49, down 90 percent from its normal selling price of $14.99. Or save 80 percent on The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, which is now selling for $9.99, down from $49.99.
