Wireless carrier AT&T announced that it's taking pre-orders for Samsung's thinnest and lightest 10.5-inch and 8.4-inch tablets to date. More specifically, we're talking about the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, which measures a scant 0.26 inches thin and weighs 16.5 ounces, and the Galaxy Tab S 8.4, which also measures just 0.26 inches wide but weighs a mere 10.4 ounces.

There are different ways you can pay for the devices through AT&T. For example, you can grab the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 in Charcoal Gray for $31.50 per month for 20 months (plus applicable wireless service plan charges, or pay $529.99 with a two-year service agreement. Alternately, you can buy the device outright for $629.99 with no annual commitment.
