AT&T Offering Users A Chance To Customize Their Motorola X
It's here. After months and months of rumors, leaks, etc., Motorola's X is official, and carriers far and wide are doing all they can to sway potential buyers to their particular version. Following Sprint's own announcement of the device, AT&T has announced that it'll allow customers to customize their Moto X. The customizable version of Moto X is the first smartphone designed by you, assembled in the USA and available only at AT&T.
Using an online studio, customers will be able to choose color options, accent colors, text for the rear, unique wallpapers, and 16GB of 32GB of storage. Of course, ColorWare has offered something similar for every phone ever made, but this marks the first notable time that a carrier has gone in with a phone company to make the process a bit easier.
Once you’ve designed and purchased your custom device, it will be assembled in the USA and shipped to you for free in four days or less, and in the future, AT&T customers will be the first to have the opportunity to select unique materials, such as real wood, for the back of their Moto X.
