    lots of stuff

I am going to strip everything out of my case and sell everything I don't need for right now including the case. I am not sure what to ask for in regards to the case so any suggestions? I will offer everything here first before I put it on ebay. If after 2 weeks no one is interested than you'll have to get it on ebay for a bit more.

I am also going to sell the tuner and cpu I just got. I am torn on this but I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. I can not get a MB for that cpu which has NB,SB and mosfets waterblocks so I am going back with my original plan to get an intel cpu and board. As for the tuner, I really don't need it, it was nice to have but since I have no software to run with it I am getting rid of it. The software was suppose to come with it but since it didn't I can't justify spending money for the software for something I really don't need. I really didn't want to sell these 2 items because it allmost seems like I am ungratefull for getting them which is not the case. I am very gratefull so I will be selling them for next to nothing to anyone here from HH. The 8800gts though is not for sale sorry guysBig Smile

I will post pics of the case since I did some work to it. I will never get out of it what I payed for it or what I put into it but I am not giving it away for nothing since it costs me so much. I originally payed 450 for it plus what I put into it. I will sell it with the cathode lights and led wires since the wires are glued to the window anyway. It is not in perfect condition mainly because it was my first mod and not proffesionally done but it still looks darn good. I was thinking $150 what do ya'll think. Could I get that for it? It's a lian li v1000.

Here is a list of the other stuff I will be selling

    x-fi extreme music sound card=$40

    black ice 120 rad=$40

    firefly pc remote=$25

    logitech z 5450 5.1 speakers=$125

Diamond TV wonder HD 600( no cd's or software only usb device, antenna and remote)$25

    Possibly seasonic s12 500w psu=$75

    This does not include shipping!

If anyone thinks these prices are unreasonable let me know but I think everything I listed is at a steal.

    Re: lots of stuff

are you only selling the rad or the entire watercooling setup?

    do you take trades?

edit, price on the x-fi seems a bit much (http://cgi.ebay.com/Creative-Sound-Blaster-X-Fi-XtremeMusic-Card_W0QQitemZ360056338804QQcmdZViewItem?_trksid=p3286.m20.l1116) :-)

Just the 1 rad for now. I will sell the rest when I complete my new system. prices aren't written in stone. I'd be willing to go to $30 on the sound card.

Yeah than you probally don't want these speakers then. they are not bad speakers by any stretch of the imagination but I would not categorize them as high quality. I also am not that impressed with the rear wireless speakers. I just want to go back to a good high quality 2.1 setup.

    Re: lots of stuff

For socket 939 you can get up to the FX-60 which is 2.6ghz with 2x1MB L2 cache.  With the higher cache, it's actually a better cpu than the 5000+.  But it's been selling for around $300 lately because people with 939 systems, a lot of money, and the lack of will for a rebuild, keep driving up demand.  Even though it's cheaper to build a new CPU/RAM/Mobo combo that is faster for less money.  But who am I to stop the lazy and rich ppl.

    Just fyi. =P

    Re: lots of stuff

What is the wattage of the AMD 5000+, please say 65W  If it is then I will probably take it as long as shipping doesn't cost to much.  I'm also very interetsed in the tuner.

    Re: lots of stuff

While its a fantastic deal, my funds aren't what I was hoping they would be.  So I have o prioritize my purchases, and an HD tuner isn't something that I really need at the moment.

    Re: lots of stuff

I have had it for atleast 2 years now I think.

Project Frostbyte is almost at a standstill right now due to the wedding in 4 days. I did manage to get the psu plate cut last week just got to smooth it out some more. This past month I haven't been able to do alot with it. I think I am about ready to try a layer of clear coat on 1 of the side panels though so I am anxious to see how it turns out. Maybe I will get some time the week after we get back form Hawaii.
