Okay where to begin.............................

I bought a emerson em230 on 7/4 headset for $20 now i was a sceptic about it but after 2 customer revice say it was good but when i go down there they have a 10 day return policy and no refunded which suck but is was good for a little while now recent unil i got my cellphone my samsung t429 this bluetooth will have a tendency to "disconnect itself while in sleep modes" ether making or receiving a call but is get better i call emerson to see if they can help "nope" they lease there name to a 3rd party that make wireless and communication product so i call this company that is located in the state i lived in but the person on the other lines have "bad english" and keep me on hold for 20 min before disconnect i call back and i explain my problem and guess what same thing so i call emerson and they told me in so many word " SOL " this is a warranty product

and one last thing i did file a compliant with the retailer and they were rude and offer me the same product why in the world will i want the same headset that is a piece of crap that never work
