    I-pod shuffle help

     how do i sync my i-pod when I'm not automatically prompted to do so?I tried doing the diagnostic check thingy and it does not detect my i-pod.I also tried other usb ports as well and nothing happens.please help me.thanxSmile

    Not sure on that one. Mine always syncs automatically.

     

    Do you have the automatic syncing option disabled in your settings? Do you have the latest version of iTunes? What OS are you running?

    If you think you can’t do something, you’ll never be able to do it. No matter how easy it is.

    Do you have other devices plugged into USB that are working correctly? If so, can you pull one of them out and plug the iPod into that working port just to test?

    I had a similar problem recently and it turned out I had a bad USB port. I went out and bought a USB hub which solved the problem.

    Also, you may want to try using other programs to sync your iPod.

    Also, you can try Anapod Explorer, PoddoX, vPod, SharePod, or YamiPod.
