I was already married by 21 with 3 kids. So you guys have some catching up to do. J/K though seriously I missed out on alot rushing into things when I was younger so enjoy your freedom in your prime boys. But if you hit 30 and your still in the same mind frame then it's a problem. Alot of my friends now talk abot how great it is to be single and all at my age but most of the people my age are already married. Pickins start gettting slimer and slimer. Pretty soon the only one's left are the crazy one's and I don't mean crazy in a good way.

I've been married 4 years, and you couldn't be more correct about picking your battles. You never know when that one little thing you said that you didn't even mean in the heat of an argument will come back to bite you.

As with everything there is good and bad. the important thing is that the good way outweighs the bad. I couldn't be happier. well I could if we could just settle on a freakin house. But serously just like the country song everything is better when you put a girl in it!

It is positive dude. We're just keeping it real. They do say that marriage is for men what motherhood is for women. I'll be the first to admit that marriage has evolved me in a much more mature and responsible manner. It's just hard when the young bachelor dude-with-a-tude fights to get out and get some air.

Oh, and be prepared to be hit on. A lot. Since putting a ring on my finger, I've gotten more suggestive looks, insinuations, and blatant come-ons than I ever had when I was single.

 oh it was a blast. And I am already starting to feel the effect so to say of having the ring on my finger. I have worked down at GWU on and off for the past 2 1/2 years and this week since I been back I am getting major stares and grins and smiles and no my fly wasn't down I checked.. Before it would happen here or there but it's been alot this week and I think it's the ring or it's all in my head who knows. usually the girls down there are rich and snobby and just roll their eyes at you. but it doesn't matter cause I don't plan to screw this 1 up! not that I did the last one but you get the drift.
