    hey some other places have live chat. so if any one has a problem they need fixed they come in and get instant help. also would be great to just chat with people with out any specific topic in mind

    this also has the possibility to increase trafic to hh, because of people wanting quick help and not waiting for hours for a forum post.

    We used to have that feature actually, but it never took off.  If there's interest though, I'm sure we can revisit it...

    Live chat as in a shoutbox or like something that Newegg does for their customer service?

    I'd be all for it. The only downside would be people commenting in the chat and not in the forums.
