    processer fan gets off

    I have ibm system ( p4 2ghz, 512mb ram) everthing is fine till window xp boot, one's xp logo appers one screen processer fan and chassis fan get off. kindly help me to get off from this problem.

    Does screen processor fan = video card heatsink fan? Is the chassis fan connected to the motherboard or directly to the power supply? Do you have any type of fan speed-monitoring/altering programs installed, such as SpeedFan?

    processor fan and chassis fan are connected to motherboard.  No speed monitoring.

    when i am is bios , both fan work's fine .the bios in some other language not in english.

    It is unfortunate that the BIOS info is unreadable as you may need to change a setting in there! I found an interesting article for you to read HERE.
