The real question should, Who has the best warranty/customer service. There aren't that many memory chip manufacturers. I woould see who makes the chips and reviews to see which overclock better. Even value RAM can overclock fairly well.

I would recommend either the G.skills or the Mushkins.

Both have exceptional customer service, and both of them are pretty good overclockers.

I would recommend my RAM, but they are a bit pricy, though for me they are worth it.

There are some good prices for the G skills to bad I dont have any money right now.
