End of the format wars, LG GGC-H20LRB Super Multi Blue Blu-ray/HD DVD

Just seen this drive for sale in europe for 259 euros.

    Has anyone seen a review?

What software is recommended for HD playback?

Is it possible to playback in MCE (Vista or XP)?

     Hi All,

I know it'll work with XP & Vista. Not sure about MCE. In additon, the retail version of that drive ships with  software for burning DVD Disc, however you'll only be able to view Blu-Ray &  HD DVD not burn any HD DVD or Blu-Ray Disc.

Even though HD-DVD is dying out, if I was to pick up a HD drive...I would definitely nab one of these hybrids regardless. I heard of some issues where the HD reading was a bit slower than blu-ray in terms of start up time. But it shouldn't be that much of a factor. Considering these hybrid drives can be bought around 200-300...I think it's a real great deal considering what you are getting ^_^. Plus the drive is from LG, a very well reputed brand.
