What's Your Stance on Net Neutrality?

Net Neutrality is a hot topic as of late.  It seems that not a week goes by without news breaking regarding a certain politician's stance on net neutrality, or a tech company introducing a new technology designed to inspect, detect, or shape net traffic is some way, shape or form.  Considering the importance of the topic, we thought it was a good time to get all of your opinions on the matter.  With that in mind, we have just posted a new poll that we'd like you all to participate in.

What's Your Stance on Net Neutrality?  Let us know by voting in the poll, and then come back in here and give your innermost thoughts on the topic.  Do you even care that your ISP may be monitoring traffic and throttling connections based on what is being passed through their network?  Or would you prefer than ISPs keep their hands off your connection?  Let your voice be heard.

Lets compare this to other forms of communication...say the oldest there is, Postal Mail.

Now does the government, or even the independent companies that transport these goods charge you more depending on how much you use? absolutely. but do they charge you more depending on what's inside the box? no way.

why should an ISP harm any one type of traffic, when sally sue can use 40mb just as quickly over http on myspace or youtube than billy bob on torrents.

if they are going to throttle, do it based on raw usage, and DO NOT advertise unlimited. i used to have a bandwidth transferred limit, it wasn't that bad, and honestly i think it would help any of these addicts that are downloading far more than they could ever use.
