The Omen's storage options are where things really start to get out of hand. A total of six drive bays can house a combination of SATA hard drives (with a few 10,000-rpm options), solid state drives (up to a total of 384GB of storage using six Samsung 64GB SSDs), various CD and DVD drive options, and a few Blu-ray writable drive options. There are a couple of Creative X-Fi XtremeGamer high-definition audio options, albeit no mention of bundled speakers. 7k for a rig? i think i can make better.... but at least they are trying

IMO the case does exude an undeniable prestige though.
Good looks and specs: But not $7000.00 worth!I would like to have that display for my new build!Looks cool maybe they,ll sell me one Hmmmm!Probably want a $1000.00 for it!
ya deff not worth it. I like the lcd on the tower. I think it is. I want the voodoo envy.
"A Voodoo representative tells us that Voodoo will start taking orders for the Omen in late August and that the system will start shipping sometime in September"...
and then go out of business in December after selling only two units, to morons.
dude if i had 7k for a gaming rig....
*** if i had 2k for a gaming rig LOL!
I love their brushed aluminum cases.
I'm a Mechanical Designer by trade. I design in Solidworks and a proprietary software suite, and program laser and turret machines to cut sheet metal. I've been considering designing up a computer case such as this, in brushed aluminum, buying some material, and then fabricating them in the shop here.
I don't know why I say this, just that Voodoo is making a killing on those cases. At most, the aluminum may cost 10 bucks per case.
First heard about a case that mounted the motherboard rotated 90 degrees was Computex 08 news.
