Ever since NVIDIA acquired Ageia's PhysX technology last year, the company has been aggressively working to drum up additional developer support. While NVIDIA has had a lot of success in recent months and a number of high-profile developers have begun integrating PhysX technology into their games, today NVIDIA--in conjunction with a number of partners--is announcing that support for PhysX is coming to a number of hot, upcoming games. Sega Licenses NVIDIA PhysX And Apex Technologies For Global Studios

Yeah they have been few and far between and the ones that do support it such as UT3 don't really need it and it feels tacked on.

It doesn't seem to be implemented very well at all on UT3.

When I play the Watchtower Physx map locally with everything turned up @1920x1200 and Multi-GPU enabled and Physx Enabled in the drivers... It plays great at first... then it progressively slows down until it's not even playable anymore. It's really annoying.

The Tornado level plays just fine with no noticable slow down. The other one plays mostly fine with occasional choppiness. It could be because of the amount of things happening in the game at once... Or it could just be poorly implimented. Something tells me it's rendering THE ENTIRE MAP and what EVERYONE is doing at the same time and calculating all the physics at 1 time. That's a lot of calculations lol
