Motorola Brings BRAVO, FLIPOUT And FLIPSIDE Android Phones To AT&T

There was a time in AT&T's history where the carrier had no Android phones to speak of. They carried the iPhone, a few BlackBerry phones and a few Symbian phones. Android was nowhere to be found. It all started a few months back, and ever since AT&T got friendly with Android, they have been picking up new Android phones at a rapid pace. Today, Verizon still has the nicest selection, but AT&T is quickly catching up. In fact, the company just acquired three new Android phones this week from Motorola, all of which aim at the lower/mid-range market and have very unique form factors.

The Bravo, Flipout and Flipside are the new phones, all of which offer Android 2.1 and the newest version of the MOTOBLUR user interface. They all have Wi-Fi and 3G support, but the designs and specifications vary significantly. The Bravo has an 800MHz CPU, 3.7" WVGA touch panel, 3MP camrea, DLNA support and a one-touch social media application. The Flipside has a 3.1" HVGA touch display, support for Microsoft Exchange and one of the wildest designs we've seen yet on a smartphone. The exact details (including pricing) are below, with all three expected on sale by the holiday season.
