MSI's AM2-based Motherboards
IT Review has somehow managed to get ahold of some pictures and information regarding MSI's upcoming motherboards based around AMD's new Socket AM2 platform. Here, we find some juicy information on flagship boards such as the MSI K9N SLI Platinum which is based off the NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI chipset. In addition, there is a low-profile passive heatsink for the chipset along with the usual assortment of bells and whistles. AMD fans can rejoice as we are obviously close to the arrival of the next wave of technology for the AMD platform.
MSI, the leading mainboard manufacturer, is introducing cutting-edge technology on its latest motherboards for AMD AM2 CPU. All the MSI K9 Series are equipped with passive CPU and north bridge cooler. This allows you to enjoy the speed and performance with zero-noise produced by the motherboard even during the most power-requiring processes. MSI introduces five different configurations. Further, MSI is going to extend the product line to 9 different configurations by the middle of the May.
