HTC Intros Desire S, Wildfire S And Incredible S Android Smartphones

With Mobile World Congress going on in Barcelona this week, tons and tons of new cellphones were hitting the airwaves. Of course, HTC was on hand to make a splash of their own, and while the Flyer tablet was arguably the biggest news from the company, three new Sense-enabled phones were also revealed. The Desire S, Wildfire S and Incredible S were all making their debut this week, and each one aims at a slightly different market.

The Desire S takes over for the original Desire, offering a 1GHz Snapdragon MSM8255 processor, dual front-and-back cameras, HD video recording and a 3.7" WVGA display. The Wildfire S is one of the company's smallest phones to date, with a 3.2" HVGA display and measuring just 10.13cm x 5.94cm. It'll be available in black, purple and white, and there's also a microSD card slot and a 5MP camera. Lastly, the Incredible S is a superphone, touting a 4" WVGA Super LCD, stereo surround sound, an 8MP camera, DLNA streaming capabilities and a front-facing video camera fit for calling.

The HTC Desire S, HTC Wildfire S and HTC Incredible S smartphones, will be broadly available to customers across major European and Asian markets during Q2 2011, but no pricing information has been released just yet.

We just need to see who can get equipment to market soonest, as all the manufacturers seem to have new projected phones all over the place. However; not a one has hit the market yet, unless of course you wanna count an iPhone 4 on Verizon which I say does not really count. Tablets to me seem to be about the same as well whoever can get there stuff on market first is going to grab a chunk because many are waiting it seems. I also think thats the reason Verizon has seen what it has in the market with there "new" iPhone!
